I use a special mouse called Quadjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16Mlj7RzdHM&noredirect=1 the Quadjoy doesn't let me hit  either N or M on my on screen keyboard Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70O1ItLep-0 to lower or raise roads while using the drag feature while placing roads. Is there anyway i can request a mod for me to lower or raise roads without having to press n or m while placing roads?

wonder if you could use something like http://www.autohotkey.com/ to make a macro to press n or m a preset number of times while you're holding down the mouse button.

sending key presses to another application isn't difficult, there are many applications out there. but capturing that left click event from simcity might be.

worst case, you could probably make a macro to press n every 10 seconds, start it up, start building the road, hold the button and wait for the right number of n's (or m's) that you need for the right height, then let go.

just out of interest, do you have to keep breathing in / out to click and drag?

What you need is aditional key switching Smartbox have a solution for this which would be suit by the looks of it and for other applications if you have head switches fitted you could programme m and n to left and right head movements whilst in simcity. If you had some limited finger clicking ability you could also programme additional switches for return and escape.

But basic solution for two keys that should work inconjuction with any other hardware you have would be a

Joycable

with Switchdriver

installed and n and m mapped to two switches

and two Papo switches either mounted either side of the head or within a hand rest region if you had any mobility in this region.

I hope this helps ....

Its already on reddit and someone there already came up with a macro solution for him! Pretty cool, got put on BestOf reddit.  Always nice to see good people willing to dedicate a few hours of their life to help someone else out.
