Can't find SC4BAT, Lot Editor, or Plugin Manager

As the title states, I cannot find where to download these programs. I was able to get Gmax, but none of the other three. I want to start making lots and BATs. I tried a search and it led me to these two posts -

The links to get the programs are broken on both posts.

 

Can someone tell me where to get them?

That link points to the old EA SimCity 4 site, which was taken down a few years ago.

They can now be downloaded from the Maxis files section at SC4Devotion:

 

• BAT and Plugin Manager
• Lot Editor
