How do I control my mods?

So, there's a lot of mods out there, some designed to go with other files of a particular to create aesthetically pleasing city blocks.  However not all of these mods come as ploppables (as far as i can tell).  Is there a way to create an in game menu of your downloaded mods for such a purpose?  All I've been able to find thus far is the extra cheats plugin which gives access to the Building Plop Menu, but that is extremely slow and inefficient...

The only menu-type mod that I know of is the  It helps organize your menus by utilizing news/message windows.

If you want to take the time you can edit each of your mods to grow on certain tilesets. You would be able to grow by 4 different groups without having to load different plugins folders and manage each one. Metal Puritain has done a tutorial about it, search his name and his content, should find it easy enough

If the plugin doesn't have a ploppable version, your gonna have to make one yourself.
