    8/10

As catchy and funny as that song might be, I am not a fan of it. I mean, it's nice, and being a Gorillaz fan, I like the song, and I think this one basically sums up what the first album is about, but I also got to a point where it's no longer as enjoyable as the other two albums, because it's quite bare and almost of the songs sound the same.

Now an Oasis song that is not Wonderwall.

    7/10 - not bad

Crappy??  The girl singing in that cover is 11 years old.  No one in that video is over 18.  That's hardly crappy, that's an amazing cover by a bunch of pretty talented kids.

"Amazing cover" is an oxymoron. The kids may be talented, but NO ONE can perform Dream Theater's music and hope to make it sound as good as Dream Theater does.

    Anyways, now for something else:

Stabbing Westward is usually doom and gloom, depression and anguish, but this is an odd happy-ish song from them. And they still manage to make it sound emo. xdtm3.gif

*sigh* I don't think that showing up the original performers of a DT song is what a bunch of kids learning to rock had in mind.  Of course, being a teacher, I approach their efforts with a much different mindset.

Anyways, 5/10  Stabbing Westward had one good song.  This wasn't it.  It's alright, but not good.

    It's okay, kinda catchy.

I just realized that I posted an audioswapped Hand of Doom by Black Sabbath, so here's the corrected edition. :ooh:

6/10.  Meh, it's alright.  I mean, The Who is classic, this is a classic song, but I'm giving my personal ratings, and just the mere knowledge that Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd both exist knocks anything by The Who down a few notches.  I'd change the radio station if I heard this song, but I'd come back to it if the other stations were playing garbage or commercials.

10/10  Another fine choice, my lad.  Short, straight to the point.  No messing around here.  When they heard this, well, all of their first album really, everyone had to know these guys were going to dominate rock and roll.

Now to ring in the holiday season.  Ring it in the right way.

6/10  I like her voice, it was an interesting song, dramatic and interesting, but definitely not my usual fare.

7/10 better than the original song but still doesn't really appeal to me.

4/10 I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something about that song I don't like. Maybe it's the fact that the lead singer seems to flop around like a fish sometimes.

Nice song, epic sounding, but not really a catch to my ear. I also think the sound quality was not very good in the video, which doesn't allow me to listen to the song properly, but that nitpicking.

This is not the full version of Who Are You, but I like it better.

As much as people like the GTA series, I don't like the new one's theme song. It sounds to me like the standard piece of pop you will hear in any English music radio station, so I find it rather meh.

This song never made the cut as a Gorillaz single, but it's awesome nonetheless.

9/10 I grew up with this song!

By the way, I have this song as a custom track in my Simcity 4 play list
