Fire questions

Just a couple of quick questions regarding ire services:

1. I haven't had a hazmat fire in months, even with high density industrial. I know they tweaked the system, but did they completely turn that off? I don't even place the hazmat garages anymore. Wasn't sure if I missed something regarding that.

2. In some cities I have massive traffic backups that cause fire truck delays, especially near city entrances. So I placed some fire helicopters to help the situation out, as I know they used to work properly. However I never see the fire helicopters being used and my city still burns. Is this a game issue or am I doing something wrong?

Hello! I can offer some of my game experience to you, which is hazmat fires occur with high density non tech industrial! In my cities I'm currently doing I have medium tech medium density n no fires occur! I have a fire marshal in one of the cities and I have around 2 fires a day which are daily dealt with by 2 fire trucks!

I have never used fire helicopters due to the cost and iv never seemed to need them!

Bulldoze the fire truck garages as they get dispatched to fires first. Once you do this the helicopters should pick up the slack.

I stand corrected! I jus had a Hazmat fire at one of my tech industry buildings!
