Perhaps you do not have enough jobs in your city to serve your population?

It could be many reasons. Maybe your jobs are too far away from your houses so they have a huge commute time.Or the transpotation system you have might not be that adequate. For your transportation to be good, you should have the stations close to the houses and close to your jobs. Like a couple blocks away. But more information could be helpful in your description.

Try to lower the tax rate from 9 % to about 6 %. This may helps a bit, because I find a tax rate at 9% is too high. also try to spread commercial zones around residential area to let sims have more accessibity to their working places.

Hope thats helps2.gif

Setting the taxes around 6 or 7 would be a good thing to do. The problem is probably that you don't have enough jobs. Have you been seeing any no job zots anywhere? Mabye some areas of the city are not covered with fire and crime protection or mabye commute time is high. What about polution? Is polution high?
