Epic Fail!

I'm gonna repost here from the one I made at the official forum

 

The Worker Request Agent has been somewhat explained before and it even comes with a vid. I even questioned the 'odd way' of how Sims look for a job (factory dispatches an agent to look for Sims to work for them instead of Sims will go out to find a job). But this blog has more info revealed on how they work so that's good to know.

I feel that this info might be useful for players if they can put that worker behavior to their advantage. But it would still somewhat leave that feeling that they're creating a city in an unnatural way. (sims work to the closest job available, building leeches extra workers to relieve its unemployment state, etc)

But its good info nevertheless, now I'd like to see IF this 'Sim flow rules' does work as intended (by testing/observing it) and see if I can put that to my advantage to create a 'healthy' city.

Poor citizens. Myself, I've realised that if I'm spending lots of cash it means I'm fundamentally unhappy about something and trying to make it better. OT I guess, but I just had to say. Perhaps it's the traffic in their city!   

 

Interesting stuff in the rest of the blog; I'll ponder and post tomorrow maybe.

did you all get the picture though that was posted and it showed the distrance?! Seriously do they not spell check! This makes EA look even more bad!
