Can't find the building I just downloaded

I feel silly for asking this question but I am getting rather frustrated about it, I have downloaded this...

https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1170 and yet I don't see the buildings. I don't quite understand what it's asking me to do. I have also downloaded the feyenoord stadium and downloaded all the correct dependencies and yet I still see a brown box.

I do apologise if this has been asked once before but when you have been trying more than 5 times to fix the error it becomes an annoyance.

The file your link is pointing at only have models, thus it is completely normal you don't see the buildings. You need to lot them (with Lot Editor or PIM-X) if you want them to appear in your city.

As for the Feyenoord stadion, can you provide the link to the one you downloaded? There are several versions.

The Lot Editor takes some time to load. This can take up a few minutes, because it has to load the same stuff SimCity 4 does.

As for the Feyenoord-stadium: that's a re-lot. You need to download and install the original model enlisted in the dependencies.

How large is your plugin folder?  If you are attempting to open lot editor with a full plugin folder it will take ages to load.  Try re-naming your plugin folder to "plugin1" or something, and then only put the files you need into a new "plugin" folder.  You shouldn't have any problems opening Lot Editor with the lighter plugin folder (less than 50mb usually works fine for me).

I must be really dumb or something because I installed the lot editor and still dont see the buildings in the lot editor I downloaded, Ive seen like a plugin manager too cant seem to find that to download.

You first have to open (create) a lot that is large and deep enough for the building. If the lot is big enough for the building, you'll be able to see it in the props list. I suggest you only put necessary files in your plugins before you fire the LE, it will load faster and you'll find your buildings easily
