Red Arrow error for custom interchanges after installing nam 31.1

I recently installed the new nam 31.1, but now when i try to use the custom interchanges tool all i get is the dreaded red arrow.  The interchanges themselves aren't a problem, as they will appear in the proper situations, giving the pop up asking if i want to build them.  Outside of the NAM, the only other items in my plugins are fairly limited, the cdk and related tools, and some buildings.  I'd be happy to give any further information needed to help with the issue.

It's a known bug with version 31.1.  I think it's pretty safe to assume that it will be fixed with the next update.

Just recently install network 31.1 but for some reason some of the road fixtures are not working correctly. For example, the turn lane extension doesnt work nor some of the other features? Any update on these problems.

What do you mean by "turn lane extension"?  Are you not seeing the TuLEPs pieces for some reason?  (This would most likely be an installation error.)  Or are you referring to the Road Turning Lanes?  (Their implementation has been changed to be no longer automatic.  Click over a Road x Road intersection with the Rail network to activate the turn lanes.)
