Small Grid City Mod?

Hi I am looking for a mod/option to make it so that the region view doesnt have different size city grids, but smaller equal squars. does something like this exist? Is there an option to make this? (I looked and diddnt see one.) The reason I want this is I am trying to make a fused city (Each square is a district instead of a city and they are all connected.) It would be easier to plan something like this out if all of the squares were the same size and smaller.

You can Edit the config.bmp file.  There are two good ways of doing this.  You can download the SC4Mapper 2013 and edit edit the config.bmp with that, or you can just create a map in game and then open MS paint and edit it that way.  Each 1 pixel is a small square, 4 for a medium and 16 for a large, with MS paint you just copy the color into your pallet and then use it.  If you are going to be using MS paint to alter configs often I would suggest opening up the color editor in MS paint and taking notes on what the RGB numbers are for each of the three colors that way just in case you cannot color pick because there is no color to pick from you can create it on your own.  

 

Personally, I have to recommend downloading and installing the new "SC4Mapper 2013".  I used to edit my config.bmp files with MS paint but SC4Mapper is way more easy AND convenient.

^ Fraid that won't do exactly what you want without destroying your terrain.  However, if you want a region of all small cities, just paint the entire config.bmp red (255,0,0) and render your terrain again.  You'll still have to make each tile's neighbour connections.
