Changing driving side?

So I'm running Rush Hour US English on Mountain Lion with the Aspyr patch, and I'm curious how, if it's even possible at all, to switch my language to UK English (or UKEnglsh ; ) in order to get left-side traffic. All of the info out there is about the Windows version, and it invariably calls for editing the Registry, which is necessarily impossible on the Mac OS version. Any advice?

I have not tried it, so make sure you back up the .app file before modifying it.  I pieced this together by borrowing the Registry technique and applying it to the MacOS/Unix System.  No Guarantee that it would work, but it seems like a good place to start.

It appears that if you go into the /Applications/Sim City 4/ folder open Sim City 4 Data.  Duplicate the English folder, and change the dupe to EnglishUK.

Right Click/Ctrl-Click on the Sim City 4 Rush Hour.app, select "Show Package Contents"

Open Contents

Open the info.plist (you may need XCode installed for this)

Change Language to EnglishUK

Save and Launch.

You may also have to open the Resources folder inside of the .app package, and duplicate the English.jpro file and create an EnglishUK.jpro file.

Hmmm. Seems like a promising venue to look down but no dice so far. I'll keep at it, perhaps. Thanks for the idea, though!

I suggest getting the NAM. It is Mac compatible, it just needs a bit of fineggeling to work on osx. There are European road textures as well as left hand drive modes.

The NAM does not change drive side.  It just includes files to support using the new NAM items with LHD games, but does not actually switch the drive side.  If you were to just install the LHD NAM support files into an RHD game, you'd basically just have a screwed up RHD game.

It seems like just running the Steam version in Parallels might be the best option overall for me at this point, to be honest. Thanks for the help, though!
