Where Is the garbage that my trucks didn't collect?!

ok... I'm getting complaints from my city about garbage that hasn't been collected... But where the H*LL is it?!

 

This little problem is something I've noticed a couple of days ago, and it seems to have been as a result of the last "little" patch they did 3-4 days ago that they didn't mention in the patch blog on the offical website.

Usually I miss a constant of 32 units with my garbage dumb. With the usual protest. 

 

But when I put a recycling centre also, that still leaves 32 units also. But everyone is happy.

The deficit seems to grow larger as my population grows.. this didn't start to occur till a few days ago   

 

I'm getting tired of picking up a game published by EA, only to find out that is full of bugs and broken Sh*t.... As I type this I know I'm probably going to get trolled for that statement, but it seems that every time EA buys out a good developer, or franchise, it turns into pure crap.

from what I've seen, but I havent paid close attention, is that the garbabge trucks only seem to go out collecting garbage for a set time each day.  Once the dead line arrives, anything that wasn't collected isn't and is just left behind.  I was having that problem so added an additional garbage truck garage and that seemed to fix the problem (I'm guessing because the extra truck managed to reach the sites before the deadline arrived).

The set time is 5 or 6 in the morning and it ends at 13.00. I don't remember the starting hours. But if u want the garbage challenge money in the beginning, have 2 garbage truck garages. I always aim for that in the beginning, reward is 25.000

I don't think this is a problem with the trucks not picking it up in time... I now have 16 trucks, no visual indicators of uncollected garbage in the waste management information screen, but my trucks are only collecting 1023 of 2009 cans...

 

I'm noticing the same issue with my recycling centers.. I have 3 total with 48 trucks in all, but those 3 facilities and the fleet of trucks only manages to collect 11,613 out of 23,473 bins per day.. I also think that the material storage for the recycling centers in seriously undersized.

 

Personally I think that they shouldn't have set a "work day" for these services, these services should run until no longer needed for the day, regardless of how long it takes to collect.

Each building can store a certain amount of garbage before the sims living/working inside start complaining about it. Even though they are protesting in the city hall, as long as your trucks can collect the garbage before it overflows, you should be fine
