STEX mod manager?

Anyone thought of this before? A mod management program for the STEX. (similar to Nexus mod manager (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/modmanager) or Steam workshop), where it's pretty much 1 click process of installing mods (downloading files, automatic updates, etc..) Had anyone thought of this idea before? Had something like this been discussed before?  (By saying this I know how to install mods, manage dependencies, and all that stuff.)

Sadly, the developer (DocRorlach) passed away earlier this year, but his tools will still be made available.

 

The DIC can be downloaded from this page, with more resources at sc4tools.co.uk.

Official support threads can be found at SC4 Devotion and SimPeg, which may be worth a read through.
