Europe Tileset, any suggestions?

I am trying to diversify my region and would very much like a Euro tileset to build with.  I am already aware of Prokissimo, Ferox, Haarlemmergold, and have already gotten the suburban homes from Gascooker.

 

I need more suburban reseidentials though, at least a whole extra set of homes for a Euro tileset.  Any suggestions for suburban homes in this tileset?  The above listed covers any and all commercial needs for sure.  I would also like to have some non-W2W commercial too for suburban sprawl, those are also hard to come by, so if you all have some suggestions for that too, that would be awesome.

What are you looking for exactly? The problem is that there is no 'European style' (even though the tileset in Simcity 4 makes us believe that there is). If you search on the BSC LEX for European Tileset you'll find German, English and Eastern European housing. FrankU makes Dutch buildings (available on the STEX), those buildings are mostly rewards though, but still worth looking at.

 

Searching for a country in the STEX or LEX might help because most of the buildings will be named after each individual country.

Also, you can try ill_tonsko for lots of European BATs. Furthermore, Mattb325 is also a good one to look for on both the STEX and LEX. You could also try the German SimCity exchange site SimCityKurrier.

Mattb325 is more the English/Australian terrace style but they look good regardless.

Also Xannepan did some great Amsterdam and Dutch buildings. Check them out.

Erm, Xannepan did a lot of Paris buildings. Vanderaap made a lot dutch buildings.

I also thank you because I want to build with stuff (technical term) available with a European look. But being a newbie means I have to ask stuippy questions. Such as how do insure that only the European stuff grows. I understand that if it's plops I just plop but how do I insure that growers grow and replace the original maxis artwork.

Anyone remember Haarlemergold, Glenni, Odd, Ferox, Dave, and Andreas? I think these guys are in the list of great Euro BATs. Also check SimCItyPolska (If you can't understand the language, use the translator to help you), there are quite many eastern European BATs there, if you are interested.

Do these steps:

1. Open the tileset button, then check the euro-contemporary tileset. only After that, only Europeans buildings will grow.

2. Add more Euro buildings (if you have a BSC account, check the Com-W2W & Res-Medium section) by downloading some BATs from any exchange (European BATs are mainly from here, BSC, SimCItyPolska, SimCItyKurier, and ToutSimCities).

3. To blockade Maxis BATs, you can use this mod.

 

Note: To open files in BSC and SimCityPolska, you must be registered/logged in those exchanges. Having an account in the sc4devotion.com is also recommended.
