Processor production decrease

So, I have a fully upgraded Processor factory, which was producing a high amount of crates per day, but now it has dropped to 4,800 crates a day.

 

Does anyone know why this has happened, because my education level is just as high, if not higher than it was before...

Yup. Unskilled workers. My guess is that people working in the factory are coming from the (uneducated) region.

Yea..I agree with the comment above, your education level can be sky high but if they are unskilled and the tech level in the city is low, they will not produce @ the highest level

Well, I have no Industrial buildings in my city, so no tech level, so my guess is I need to build some?

Skilled workers come for being educated at college. University or college will give you a higher tech rating.
