No, Not In Documents, In Your Computer Directory. Like This:C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityData

Maybe the mods do not work in the offline mod, that is. (Because I actually did one of the achievement but then it didn't appear too)

Here's how I got it 

1. Launch SimCity

2. Create a game

3. Make it a private server and DO NOT make it SANDBOX MODE!

4. Place a few houses (I don't care how much)

5. Place a wind power plant

6. You should get the achievements in the next minute or so and then you should be able to use the disasters in sandbox mode

(NOTE: The disasters might not work in public servers, so I suggest that you use it only in private servers)     ( Also remember to install the easy disaster unlock mod into your C:/Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/SimCity/SimCityData)

Sorry, no guarantees on cracked versions; I bought the actual game so...

One thing it could be is, if the mod's not working right now, then it must have broke?

Another thing could be your version, or like I said, the fact you have a cracked game.

But I don't know! I'm not certainly a big wiz at all this stuff.

Try getting a admin account on your computer, or if you have one right click the D:\ drive (Why the F is it in the D:\ Drive not C:\) and find the read only button then uncheck it

So this mod still works with Cities of Tomorrow... However it does not unlock the new "Outworlder 6" disaster. Any chance it'll be updated to do so within a few weeks or so?
