Players for stable & quality region [ACTIVE EU]

Hi SimCity builders i have question about some players for building big and stable city, some stable cities i mean..

I am from Czech Republic, EU (server is optional depends on players)
Just region for 16 cities i think 8 or 16 players i am not sure if is good to have two cities...

Surely you heard about achievment wich starts after one week.
Reach in REGION 2,500,000 population i think thats nice challenge..

That means in one city we need about 156250 population in each city...
Thats quiet hard so i want to try that.. = we need normal ppl wich can help other cities etc.. 

Maybe in future make a website for our little region and expand more regions etc.. can be quiet fun

Share you tips with me and we can make a nice region etc..

So, i think the problem with inactive players is solved, because I suppose here are only active players, wich search active comunity too..

Now just tell me wich server do you want, i prefer "EU - EAST 2" or "EU - WEST 2" but in case i think it doesn't matter..

The reason is that it plays a lot of people in one region, who are in the team,just i will create a new region only and sends invites..

I really need that patch8 ready.

248k population, and then my city stopped. Stuck avenues = villains everywhere, people dying, abandoned buldings, some on fire. Down to ~200k population and 0 budget income.

Oh, I just focused on industrial. Was quite surprised it went all the way up to 260k. I could continue and possibly reach a higher target because my city is still functional. I just earn income from industrial. Have a video of it but it is too damn big. :/

Well, today i tried to "restart" my city by destroying everything but services and roads, reorganise my public transport and zones and... I failed. It's the same as it was before, maybe even worse. It's a shame that SimCity transformed into SimTraffic. I'm taking a break from this game until they solve traffic AI problems, as it is annoying that you have to plan your roads in one-and-only-appropriate way to avoid all-day-all-night traffic jams.
