water access?

is there a way to improve my water access..

i have had a city running for a long time now

 

and all water sources are empty.

i have 5 different water pumps and they are starting to dry out.

 

what should i do

Buy water from another city or place a filtration pump right next to a sewage dump.

If you build a sewage plant (and make sure you have enough capacity) it will output clean water, which you can ten pick back up via the normal means.
