Help with missing plugin

Can someone please identify this missing plugin - plugin pack 259738114?  Thank you!

In your city, are there any lots with brown boxes that indicate missing dependencies? If there are, query them to find their name. However, brown boxes won't always appear if the plugin isn't a .SC4Model file.

 

The number 259738114 is the decimal figure of the missing plugin's exemplar ID. By converting this to a hex value, we get f7b4a02. This may be part of its file name. If you search your plugins folder(s) for any file that includes f7b4a02, this could be the lot that's missing a dependency.

 

A few questions:

 

• How long have you noticed this for?
• Have you recently removed any files from your plugins folder(s)?
• Does the plugin pack message occur in other cities?

Thank You for responding to my question.  When the city loads at the very beginning, I get this message that a plugin is missing but you can continue with the game,  It identified that particular plugin.  I have no brown boxes.  I just noticed this in the last few days.  I have been playing every day.  I do not recall removing any plugins.  This is the first city I am working on in the region map.  I will do a check as you suggested. Again, thanks for your help.
