Medium wealth residential always demanded?

I don't understand it, you build medium density roads & parks n stuff nearby to get medium wealth sims to move in right?

 

I feel like I'm doing it completely wrong.

 

My High wealth and low wealth bars are 0% but my medium with is always 100%

 

Can anyways tell me EXACTLY what to do to get medium wealth to come in.

Jobs perhaps ? Also, the RCI demands is a bit wierd atm... As in getting false readings...

I seem to always have an unlimited amount of medium wealth commercial demand...

In my last game the map was covered 2/3 with mid densed $$ dwellers, because I wanted to get rid of the demand, but no success.

Make sure to look at the population details tab. You need to place the $$ parks to get medium wealth residents. One alone won't do it, you need to make sure the land value turns darker blue.
