 Welcome to the city of Nexis. It is a sprwaling metropolitan area that consists of three major cities: Nexis, the largest, Scerasota, the vacation spot, and Nobisco, the center for high-tech manufacturing. The map is semi customly made, consisting of half the san fernando valley map and the long beach map. i will definitely keep this up to date with pictures since this is the best city I have ever created.

To copy a name is cheap, but to make a CJ with it ,which one already exists like this is low down cheap......and dropping down to that level is bad, believe me.

If someone ever copied my C.J. names I know there'd be hell to pay....I'd hunt you down....but thats just me......

Anyway I love the look of the region and well it actually looks very well done....

 

but never ever steal a name unless you can back yourself up.....

i have been using the name nexis for cities since sim city 2000 days. I was surprised to see that there is a member on here that goes by that name. sry for the inconvenience Nexis.
i am very origional with the names of my cities (look at some of the suburban names as i continue)

USA Patriot: For my cities, i use multiple boards to make up one large main city. As of now, The City of Nexis contains 12 boards and has a population of 1,221,356. Expect that population to reach around 2 or three million and the whole region to reach a population of about 10 million or more.

In fact, the member Nexis created a journal called Columbia River, which actually looked half-decent. (No, not Mrb and not the famed SCR. It's probably all forgotten by now.) This one is a little less than half-decent, which is pretty good if you're not going by my standards...and hey, Nexis is a common enough name.

That's a nice looking regional view you showed us back on the first update.  Some closeups around the town might do wonders for your CJ.

Disregard what others say, you have the right and prerogative to name your cities whatever you want (and the same goes for a CJ).  Last I checked (and no offense to mrbisonm), but there aren't any trademarks or copyrights here on ST other than SC4 itself.  I'll keep an eye on this just to see where you go with it.

looks good, but i think you should have a mod or admin rename it what you whant, besides nexis
