How do you create lot editor landmarks?

How do I use a maxis lot editor save file with ilive reader to make a landmark?

I choose a default lot editor building. I save it. I open ilive reader and bring in the default lot editor file. I only have a single exemplar for the lot config properties. Now I create a second exemplar that is blank. Now how do I fill this exemplar out?

These are the basic properties. Pasting in this sheet does not work. This is a default eye candy landmark sheet why doesnt it work?

I thought what you meant is functional landmark. If you want to make an eye candy landmark, then what you need is only the PIM, you can drag the model to the "landmark" and a landmark desc will be instantly created.

Sorry, I thought you want to make a functional landmark, the previous formula is for the functional landmark, not eye candy landmark.
