All the trees and fences and props dissapear?

These are the basic properties. Pasting in this sheet does not work. This is a default eye candy landmark sheet why doesnt it work?

Awesome jason. Always valuable insight. I choose a default lot editor building. I save it. I open ilive reader and bring in the default lot editor file. I only have a single exemplar for the lot config properties. Now I create a second exemplar that is blank. Now how do I fill this exemplar out?
