I was planning to edit my first post to make the list unlike the tread you linked, but can one of them be stickied so people can find friends easier when the game is out ?

It would probably be easier if there was an optional "Origin Account Name" on your profile. It could show up beneath your Simtropolis username if you so choose. But that would require some slight site changes...
