The region doesn't render correctly.

I downloaded that region but the link to download this guy's plugin pack doesn't work. It just brings up an error page. If anyone knows where I can get the plugin so the maps render correctly it would be appreciated. Much thanks.

It seems like that file cannot be accessed, probably because it was an attachment to a post from previous versions of the site. However, as an alternative, the file you require can be found in the following upload:
