does anyone have the generic sign gmax file so that I could use it to create my own signs?  I found the tutorial but couldnt find the file.  Email at becker.arthur@gmail.com

try looking in th STEX under 3ds files. The matrix sign you can change for your own stuff.

artforce_1: I'm not 100% sure if we ever batted it, but check out the Barry Sanders Project here on Simtropolis for Detroit-related buildings and discussion! I know the Big Beaver exit was discussed at one point.

The Big Beaver exit sign was done in fact and posted here at one point in fact there was also Generic Sign both were made by budweiserdude23. So my suggestion is go to the link nofunk posted.

Thanks for the help, and I found this link to a list of completed projects in the Barry Sanders Project:

However, once I click the link, it says file not found.  Any more ideas?

I was going to suggest searching the stex for BSP since I thought that all the BSP buildings where supposed to have that tag on them, but I guess I was wrong.

Yea, I know.  I tracked down the independent websites for the 2 Barry Sanders Page and noone of them were working.  If they were, I would suspect that I could find the Generic Exit 69 page there, but since they arent, does anyone have this gmax file so that I could get working on my own exit signs?

That is because budwiserdude23 pulled all of his work off the STEX at one point and hasn't ever put them back on yet. I suggested leave a post in the BSP thread asking someone how you could contact budwiserdude23 or if they could contact him for you.

The link does indeed work, but only to the main webpage. Beyond that, you can get the works in progress but to get to the hall of fame (which is probably where that file is), it wont work.  I will try posting on the BSP page though.  Thanks!!

I have posted on the BSP website about this GMAX file.  If i get it, I will let everyone here know and they can get it from me.

Please make sure you get budwiserdude23 permission if your going to release it. Otherwise you could get banned for releasing it without his permission. Good luck

Oh, I didnt know that!!! Thanks for telling.  Ok, tell you what people, if I get it, I can tell you where to get it!  Much respect to budweiserman23, I wouldnt do anything without anyone's permission.  Im looking for instructions on how to create my own sign.  I used it once, made a house with 1 door and all orange and got frustrated after that because I didnt want to make a house, I wanted to make a sign!!!
