Hi all,

I got a graphic problem in the game. It looks like the tiles is floating, its hard to describe it but I hope the picture describe it better than me.

By the way, I am using a AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series. That is one of the latest graphic cards before Sim City 4 came out. Maybe it has to do something with the graphic card, I don't know what else it could be.

According to Nonny, if you exceed a 1999 horizontal resolution or a 1199 vertical resolution, you will induce this bug (It is quite likely you're running it at 1600x1200).

It is harmless beyond its visual peculiarities. If you want to fix it, load and save you city in a lower resolution. 1280x1024, anyone?

I tested to lower the resolution but it is still the same.. But thanks for your help!

True, but still, if I am to take picture of a region this visual glitches would make the pictures not that nice as it should be. Not important but still.. :P

Known problem. Re-render your region at a lower resolution and your problem will go away. Try something under 1200 vertical. You can play at a higher resolution after you have rendered this.

Problem is once you play a city and save it that particular city tile will still have this problem in region view.

There is absolutely no problem associated with this glitch. It will not affect the game whatsoever. I used to get it all the time when I ran the game at a 1920x1200 resolution. (Now I'm on a new monitor that is 1920x1080 and the issue does not occur.)
