Help moving files into plugin folder!

Every file I download it will not let me copy the .dat files into the simcity4 plug in folder...

OK you must stop put some plugins and you must wait and you must use it with it ask a administrator on your machine.

Sometimes you need to be logged in as an administrator account on your computer, or know the administrator password, in order to move files. (Depending on permissions and things.)

i have downloaded wtc prop pack. it included 2 .dat files. i placed them on the plugin folder. but while playing the game ther is no sign of wtc tower. how to get the wtc tower any idea?

The prop pack will give files related to the main WTC buildings, but not the buildings themselves.

It will depend on which WTC prop pack you downloaded, so if you give us a link for that I can find the buildings for you.

Or you can search WTC on the STEX and find another file that has the applicable buildings. You'll know that its the right file because it will give a link to the file you downloaded underneath a heading titled Dependencies.
