All my props disappeared?...

I was playing one of my cities and noticed all props and flora had disappeared from any new buildings, even things like the advanced research center. What Happened? All the old buildings still have props, but anything that has developed since I started playing has none. I have some pictures of it if it will help.

I also noticed my major league stadium becoming dilapidated, which it shouldn't, right?...

Well, my diagnosis is that you have a case of the Prop Pox.

Here's a topic on SC4D with more information on Prop Pox.

Check your graphics settings. City Detail should be set to high.

If that's not it, you might have what's called prop pox. Look it up on the forums; it's a very unfortunate bug associated with certain plugins which ruins entire regions. Nevermind, MamaLuigi provided a link as I was typing.

Check your graphics settings like I said first before you freak out.

    If I'm correct, there is currently no known cure.

    EDIT: Are your graphics settings set to high? Also, when did you first realize this happening? What mods did you download before this happened?

    False alarm. I downloaded BAT and SimCity updates yesterday, and they reset city detail to low. I changed it, restarted the game, and they were all back. Thanks for the quick responses, anyway. :}

    Do you know anything about the dilapidated baseball park?

    Good to hear! I'd still check out the topics on Prop Pox to make sure you know how to avoid it. ;)

    Yeah, I never lower that. If I zoom in or out, it will flash between normal and that state, and eventually decide on one or another.

    This thread has been stupendously informing for me.

    About your stadium: It has to have road access and should have commercial or residential zones surrounding it. I have never had this happen, but I suspect that it is somehow isolated.

    It has road access on 3 sides and a strip of commercial zoning on the other. This has happened before with the minor league stadium, which was surrounded by roads and zones. But, if you zoomed in or out, it would go back to normal. Maybe just a glitch?

    Sorry for the double post. Somehow I managed to hit reply twice before it actually did.

    Sounds like a rather arcane bug.
