Is it possible to upload some from lot editor to the STEX? I am totally new to this sort of thing. I would really appreciate some help!!

Uploading lots created from Lot Editor is welcome on the STEX. A couple things to remember for a successful upload (many downloads and high ratings) is to make it as interesting and unique as possible (not something that's been dozens of times all ready), but that's up to the uploader. Also, you might want to look through the particularly the ones about the listing content. Good luck...

But how do you get the file? (like blahblah.sc4lot or something like that)

When you save a lot in the Lot Editor, it saves in your Plugins folder. Go to My Documents -> SimCity 4 -> Plugins and it should be right there. TheNameYouTyped.SC4lot

Make sure you get lots of practice and look at other people's work for inspiration before you upload your first lot. Otherwise commenters might be hard on you about quality. Happy lotting!
