Lots from LE aren't in the menu

Good day to all of you.

I'm having a problem with the Lot Editor. I'm modifying JBSimbo's "Washington High School" which is part of a set of schools he made a few years ago. Only problem is that it's not showing up in the game whether I use "save" or if I use "save as" and use a different name. Not only is it not present in the schools menu, it's not showing up in the buildingplop menu either. It's just the same old unchanged lot.

I don't usually use Lot Editor, but I've used it enough to know that both of those strategies (save or save as) usually work in my game fine. This particular lot just isn't working.

On a side note: The PEG One Flag Many Nations (a dependency) has always acted funny with my game and shows up as a brown box as if it's missing, despite the fact I have it and have installed it correctly. Anyway, I have found the prop in LE and removed it from the new lot. I'm not sure if that raises red flags in the LE. On my previous computer I installed it the exact same way and it worked fine (proof from my last city journal.... this picture is a little over two years old).

You realise that you need to have the Maxis landmark "International Day of Peace" in your plugins for PEG's OFNM mod to work, because it contains the international flag props, right?

As for JBSimio's school, the simple lack of a flag prop cannot cause it to disappear.

The problem seems to have gone away..... not sure why it happened but at least I don't have to deal with it anymore Thanks for the help!
