Arcos! ... Again...

    So I am curious about building ploppable arcos for SC4, or at the very least high capacity ploppable buildings. I mean who wouldn't want to have one convenient R$ slum which is immune to land value effects?

    What I would be looking for then is a good modding/building guide(s), or links to building on the sTEX if someone has already created things like this. Any help would be appreciated!

    Ploppable residential buildings, while possible to MOD, eventually abandon over time. Unfortunately you will need to grow all your residential if you intend to make a functioning city. I have seen an arco looking building in a few city journals, but I believe it is just eye candy.
