What is the difference between "growable" and "plopable"?

Ploppables are items that will appear in the game's menus and you can place them by selecting the menu icons. Growables are items that won't appear in the menus but will grow in the game when zoning is in place and existing conditions have been met that permit the item to grow.

Let me simplify it. Plopping is when a building appears in your menus and you can click on the item from your menu and place it or plop it wherever you wish. Growables is when you but that green blue or yellow stuff on the ground, or known as zoning, and rather then you plopping something, the game builds houses or business etc, wherever you zone.
