Help for a MML lot

First of all, I have no idea what MML means (name of the lotseries), so a quick explanation would be appreciated if there's one. Then, I would like to know how this lot functions, never used it before, nor anything similar.

I downloaded a BATlot from a chinese site, and only one lot appears in the LM menu while there are some 10 or so lotfiles in the Pluginfolder (see picture below)

For what I remember from what I have read somewhere before long time ago , I have to plop the mainlot to get access to the others......But where the heck are the others, or how do I access them?? I never bothered downloading or trying out these "mods" or lotseries before.

Menu Management Lot. Does nothing but make it a requirement to access other lots in a specific set of lots. Plop it down, wait for about one in-game month, then re-access the menu; Everything else should be accessible.

That's all I know.

Plopping the MML and exiting and reentering the city or just using the "you don't deserve it" cheat are also working ways to get the hidden lots.
