Hi, I just need help to uninstall Pegasus' "PEG MTP Rural Roadways Mod" .(No offense to Pegasus...)

    You have to delete every instance of it within your city.

    No... this is not correct.

    Just remove the folder with the mod and your roads will revert to vanilla. If you are still getting rural roads you must have a duplicate copy somewhere.
