terrain not accessible

First of all it has been ages ago since I last player sim city 4, and has always played without mods just the classic game with the expansion.

Wel I went to Berlin last month and I was so fascinated by the public transport system that I kinda wanted to duplicate it.

For that I downloaded some mods for trams and GRL with tram in road and tramstops for tram on road-roads.

However my sims don’t accept the tram on road-road as you can see on the image, nor do they use the GRl and stations.

What am I doing wrong?

You have no stations. The NAM doesn't include any lots, only networks. Download some GLR stations from the STEX.

I ve got some RTMT stations, but I mean that they don't use the roads next to the rails. That,as u can see in the image, if u box a resident zone into tram on road, it's liek there isn't a road or street at all.

if I am not mistaking thats a TRAM stop, I did as that said to drag a 1way road to both sides, and saved and re-loaded the that.

still no acces from the roads....

Those zots tell you that the pathfinder cannot locate any jobs. Try putting some commercial and industrial lots in connected to the area.

If you hover over the tram with the query tool it says elevated rail, that probably has something to do with it.

The station, if modded, was poorly done. If not modded, then it is the wrong station.
