So I have downloaded a new region tho it doesn't let me load it ingame. I have priviously done this a few years ago and everything went flawless. Don't know if I m doing it right so I will note the steps I took 1) downloaded from The jpg and bmp files. 2) put the bmp file in folder simcity4/regions/paris 3) entered simcity 4 shift +alt+crtl +r and opened the greyscale JPG got error: Region Bitmap size incorrect 1025x1025 schould be 961x961 so I guess I schoudl rescale something, but what and how?

if I am not mistaking thats a TRAM stop, I did as that said to drag a 1way road to both sides, and saved and re-loaded the that. still no acces from the roads....

I ve got some RTMT stations, but I mean that they don't use the roads next to the rails. That,as u can see in the image, if u box a resident zone into tram on road, it's liek there isn't a road or street at all.

Hellow First of all it has been ages ago since I last player sim city 4, and has always played without mods just the classic game with the expansion. Wel I went to Berlin last month and I was so fascinated by the public transport system that I kinda wanted to duplicate it. For that I downloaded some mods for trams and GRL with tram in road and tramstops for tram on road-roads. However my sims don’t accept the tram on road-road as you can see on the image, nor do they use the GRl and stations. What am I doing wrong?
