How do I modify jobs in a building?

    Question 1: How do I modify jobs in a building? Some Commercial Buildings here on STEX look good but the jobs are just so high they never grow in the game. And I am always disturbed that factories have such a small number of workers when in real life there are usually thousands of factory workers. How do I mod the values?

    Question 2: IF I mod the values of the jobs, and the building is already built in the game what happens? Or should I demolish the buildings first before modding?

    Question 3: Is it possible to mod jobs of the MAXIS buildings ?
