Help with beaches

Can anybody help me figure out what I downloaded that has made my beaches look like gravel instead of sand?? I hve removed all and any plug-in I have downloaded that would have anything to do with beaches but they still look like gravel?? I'm stumped at this point. Thanks in advance..

did you unistalled terrain mod ? maybe this is causing that effect .

if you want a custom beach sand, search in the STEX for it, i recommend RTV Coastal Modd .

I think something happened to me like that before. Try re-installing the mod. If it doesn't work, posting a picture would be very helpful.

What do you mean by gravel? Perhaps a picture will help us identify which beach mod it is.

I know that the Columbus Terrain Mod changes the beach color a bit. I think there's also a beach set using lots that includes a file that changes the beach color to match the lot, but I could be mistaken.

I can't figure out how to upload the pictures,sorry. I'm sure it would help. Basically beaches are all gray and not sandy at all anymore. I did try re-installing columbus terain mod and didn't fix it. And I have removed all the beach mods I have downloaded? I can't figure out what I did.

1. Get an account on an image sharing/storing site, suck as Photobucket or Imageshack

2. Upload your photos to the site.

3. Copy the link to your image

4. Select the insert image button in the ST reply box (it is beside the insert link button)

5. Paste the link to your image into the box.

6. Select "Insert Image"

probably the use of Columbus Terrain Mod is the cause of gravel effect .

unistall and read the boxes before go to next step, the installer allows you to modify beach mod and rock mod .

try install again without the second box marked .
