Creating Larger Cities

I'm new here and wanted to know if there is a way to get rid of the smallest cities when a new region is created.

Every region consists of two components.

The greyscale map defines the topography: mountains, valleys, rivers...

The config.bmp defines the size and distribution of city tiles

Greyscale map and config.bmp must be of corresponding size, or the region won't render properly.

So if you want to use a given region, but with a different distribution of city tiles, you will have to edit the config.bmp that comes with the region, but take care not to change its size in pixels!
