Modding a lot to add jobs

Hello everyone! I had an problem with abandonment. Then I had an idea.

I have been getting abandonment from R$$ buildings because they won't commute to the CS$$ and CS$$$ near them. I sometimes would have to plop a bunch of ploppable commercial buildings in my perfect little suburbs. So I read some tutorials and tried to make a grass lot with jobs. My idea was to make a plain lot with about maybe 500 CO$$ jobs and 100 CO$$$ jobs. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I tried using other tools, but still, no jobs.

So I was wondering if you B.A.T. modding experts could try something like this. I think it would really help a lot of people out when making suburbs. The way the residential and commercial populations have to be generally even in the game is unrealistic.

Looks interesting thanks! But it has a very confusing description. It will take me a while to figure out.
