Demand cap relief cumulative?

Hi!

I have found a table where all the demand cap relief effects are listed:

Now I'm wondering if the effects from non-unique buildings are cumulative. Say, more parks -> more residential demand cap relief?

How can I further increase relief, maybe by mods? I don't want to be growth limited

Yes, demand cap relief is cumulative. You'll find that if you build your city at all reasonably, it's not a problem.

Oh, one other thing:

For the cap relief, does it matter where I put objects? Because plazas have great residential cap relief but have a greater desirability effect on commercial areas, so I would place them there.
