I recently downloaded the WTC Transit Hub ( https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/26564-wtc-transit-hub/ ), and was dismayed to note that it has a capacity of only 2,000. I think, as a hub, it ought to have a more substantial capacity, say... 25,000. I have downloaded the Plugin Manager, and have tried modifying the file in such, but every time I start the game, it only shows a 2000 capacity. Any help would be appreciated.

Download one of the tools mentioned by Tungston. If you are a beginner with modding, then I would recommend SC4Tool as it is easier to use. You can download the PROGRAM and its associated IMAGES using these links.

There are two properties that you need to modify. Catalog Capacity controls the amount shown in the query window while Transit Switch Traffic Capacity controls the amount used by the simulator. Both numbers should be the same, but you need to change both.

You will need to delete any instances of the previous station and replop for the new capacity to take effect. It's best to delete the old stations and save any cities where you used them before you modify, just to be safe.

This actually isn't necessary. As a station developer, I have many cities with multiple versions of the same station that differ in their capacities, and this has never given me any trouble.
