A 16m grid overlay for maps?

Hi Guys!

I was wondering, is there anyway you can overlay a 16m x 16m drid overlay on any kind of satellite map program like Google Earth or Bing maps? I am going to make a recreation of somewhere in real life, I've already got the map that drunkapple kindly uploaded for me, I have tried before but it really didn't work as I got the scale wrong for the roads and such. So is there a way I can overlay a 16m grid rotated to 14.5 degrees onto Google Earth or something simular so I know the exact position to place things in game.

Cheers, DanniBee

Same here, I just really hope somebody can answer this, it doesn't even need to be rotated, can it be done on something like OSM? Anyone have any ideas?

When I joined this community I saw a thread with some maps from google on the correct scale. I've tried to find it but with no result.

There were some tutorials on making maps from geographical maps, but unless they are in the Omnibus, then they probably have been archived. But check the last pages of this forum to make sure.

I'm not really sure everybody understands what I mean, I've got the map in-game from drunkapple so that it is accurate and everything. What I basically want to do is make a little grid overlay for Google Earth or something simular so that I know exactly where the roads and stuff should be in game.
