All commercial abandoned

Hello. I really need some help. My city of over 100,000 commercial jobs went down to 0 pretty much instantly after 100 years of no problems and all the buildings are all abandoned due to low desirability. I looked at the map and all my commercial desirability for C$,C$$,and C$$$ is all red except for a tiny piece all the way in the corner.My region has only 2 cities on very large templates and are on complete opposite sides.I added a small city next to it to see if all the jobs would come back but it didnt work.I do have lots of downloaded buildings and modds.The demand for commercial is at the top but nothing grows at all and all commercial buildings weather poor or rich is abandoned.I have a mod that deals with all transportation,health,education,trash,desirability,demand,and all other aspects of that nature and i use the cheat codes for power and water.Can anyone help with this problem?

First of all, I think you have more luck in the 'general discussion' topic. This doesn't involve technical issues so it isn't placed in the right topic.

Nevertheless. I think you could look at your population by age graph, your population is probably getting old. Old sims don't need jobs so this results in abandonment in commercial zones. Attracting younger people could help, they need schools, cheap housing etc.

Danrr, would you kindly install this, take a screenshot of the information window the lot gives when queried, and post it here? We may be dealing with several things. This will help narrow the possibilities down.

Since the desirability is super low, it leads me to think you have installed a bad lot.

Take a look at your data view charts. Look for things like high crime, high pollution, etc.

Also remove anything you recently downloaded. Growable commercial buildings in particular.
