Still old monorail train after downloading Bullet Train Mod

I installed the Bullet Train Mod today and it has changed the monorail but the same old red train is there. Why hasn't it changed to the new bullet train?

It's working now, but I wanted to know one other thing. I noticed that after installing the bullet train mod, the monorail has become 10 times costlier! Is it the same for everyone who downloaded the bullet train mod?
