    I was just wondering...

Is it possible to build bridges/culverts over PEG PPond-made rivers without having to terrain-edit?

Is it possible to navigate a boat through the said river, or build a marina there?

Is it possible to establish ferries through them?

There are probably marinas and ferry terminals you can get for the PPonds but they will only be eyecandy as the set is not transit enabled.

It is possible to build bridges over ploppable water with minimum terrain editing. There's a tutorial in the Omnibus here. There's also a quick tutorial at SC4D here. You do need the Extra Terrain Tool download, and there's a tiny amount of terrain modification.

There are boat sets and various other lots available for use with the PPond water, but as Jacksunny mentioned, any lots plopped on ploppable water are just eye-candy (not functional) as far as transportation is concerned since ploppable water is just a texture change, not actual game water.

The way that Eye Candy makes its way under bridges and through awkward transitions is mainly done through overhanging lots. Overhanging lots typically come 2 or 3 tiles wide where only one tile is actually placed and the other tiles slide over or underneath without disrupting the other tiles. So in your menus look for the overhang tiles.
