Disappearing cities (region view)

    I'm not on the best of computers so it might be related to the intel mobilityh chip in the laptop but my cities seem to dissapear in region view. Jsut shows the name and a green field most of th time. Sometimes when I save and exit to region the city shows up and if I enter and save and exit in multiple cities I can see them but I be damned if they dont disappear soon enough. Takes a lot of the joy out of the game since I love region view.

    As long as the cities are present when you enter each one, it sounds like something is happening during the save process and updating the region view image. Maybe computer related... Perhaps if you would post your specs, some one would be able to give some precise suggestions. Just a thought...

    The usual cause of this is taking focus away from the game before it really closes down. If you are running a save, DO NOT SWITCH to a different window until it finishes.
