hi is profanity allowed on this site i do not cuss but i see other users put the h/d word and some times stronger so is really against the rules to say any swear word or is this site filled with a bunch of rules breakers thankfully i have profanity filter .

Some minor expletives may be tolerable so long as they are not overused but major swears are not.

The forum does have a word filter, so if you use a word you're not supposed to it will get automatically censored.

But that said, that is not license to just type whatever you want and just say "well, the filter will take care of it". Masked cursing isn't appreciated, either.

The site has very specific rules concerning post content.

Personal Member Safety and General Site Conduct.

Simtroplis is a PG-13 site. It recommended that members do not give out personally identifiable information to anyone else on the site or the internet. There is zero tolerance for the following behavior:

Swearing (masked or otherwise), offensive, or profane language;

Any offensive, pornographic, or obscene material;

Overt sexually loaded comments or content;

Discrimination against the age, race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or sexual orientation of another member.

The personal safety of our members is a primary concern. Any inappropriate or unwelcome attention, harassment, solicitation, or sexually orientated comments or behavior directed towards another member, either publicly or privately, should be immediately reported to a Simtropolis Staff member.

There doesn't seem to be a large problem here at Simtropolis with this issue. Always feel free to PM a Moderator to point out any items that you think don't conform to the rules of the site.
