Why am I not allowed to make a rail system outside of the metro in this game? Could someone please clear up the confusion. Also is there an unlocker for the railroad?

It is broken.

The only functional train system is Metro. Ground tracks, stations, and immobile trains are included in the Unlocker Mod.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

    Expect to get normal railway system (working this time..) in CXL 2012. Until then unlocker mod is as close as you'll get.

    Yes, Cities XL 2012 Should Definetly Have Rail, A city Just isnt a city without a Rail Line.

    Why you no supporting Rainbow sheep anymore?!?!
